**How to order**

1. Dropdown: Select Title Phrase from the drop down menu
2. Dropdown: Choose Style color options from the drop down menu
3. Personalization: Include the URL (https: //) for your QR code - we cannot move forward without a URL. We cannot use QR codes generated by payment or social media platforms.
4. Include your profile handle OR business name - cannot list both.
5. If you chose 'Custom' for your Title Phrase, please list that here - 20-25 characters MAX

You MUST include a link to the URL that you want associated with your QR code. Venmo, Instagram, etc. will generate their own QR codes, but these WILL NOT WORK. QR Codes that are self generated are not high enough resolution to scan once engraved. We will generate your QR code with the URL you include (for any platform) that you include in your personalization section prior to check out.
